Counseling services provided include individual counseling, psychological assessments, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), LGBTQ+ counseling, child abuse survivor counseling for adults, spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling, grief/bereavement counseling, trauma informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, (SFBT), brain spotting, and hypnotherapy.
Services are also available via telehealth.
