The state federation of labor representing over 8,000 members of 500 unions throughout South Dakota. South Dakota State AFL-CIO works to build a broad movement of South Dakota workers by helping workers join and form unions; support South Dakota workers as they bargain with employers to improve their living conditions and workplaces, as well as their communities, state and nation, and strengthen the voice of South Dakota working families at all levels of government and in a changing global economy.
