Applicants in owner-occupied homes are eligible participants of the South Dakota Low Income Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) Program. They may qualify to have their furnaces repaired or replaced if the furnace is not operating, or not operating properly. Income and program guides may apply. Availability of funding is limited; funds may not always be available.
