Open to all adults 18 and over with a qualifying disability

7:30am - 5:30pm (MT), Monday - Friday Respite care available outside of normal hours by reservation.

Fees

$25.00 per hour. Accepts a variety of funding sources including Veteran's Administration, Title IIIE (Older American's Act), Medicaid Hope Waiver, Caregiver and Long-Term Care Insurance.

Description

Provides adult day services, which includes personal care, frequent outings, entertainment, exercise, outpatient therapy, live music/dancing, hair salon, and arts/crafts. Also provides free monthly education on aging related topics and support groups. For Medicaid-qualified guests, community health worker services are available.
