Description
Health Connect of South Dakota: Strives to provide all South Dakotans access to qualitative, authenticated, independent sources of health information. Provides South Dakotans with free up-to-date health information on a variety of medical and safety issues. As needed, information and referrals to other organizations who may have additional pertinent information is available along with information on support groups and national agencies. Manages the Sioux Empire Coalition and the Sioux Empire Coalition for Youth and Young Adults and provides facilitation for various evidence based health programs. Can provide a household goods voucher for Savers. Call for more information. Member of the Helpline Center Network of Care.
