Provides health and fitness services in order to lower the rate of diabetes and other diseases on the Lake Traverse Reservation. Services include zumba, circuits, Move and Munch, step aerobics, personal trainers, nutrition counseling by a registered dietitian, health snacks available for purchase, walking and running club, classes for individuals that are pre-diabetic, and adult weight management for individuals with diabetes.
