Services include: - Ambulance Billing Insurance questions Bill payment - Welfare Provides necessary support to insure the survival of indigent clients who are county residents. County assistance shall be a resource of last resort, available only after all government programs, insurance benefits, family assistance, or other aid has been exhausted. Through an application process, determination of assistance is based on South Dakota Codified law and County guidelines.
