County Directors of Equalization are appointed to their office by the Board of County Commissioners. Assists with registration of mobile homes, reviews of all property appraisals, reconciliation of assessment appeals with the township and County Boards of Equalization, defense for appeals to State Board of Equalization, assists taxpayers concerning appeals, sales ratio cards, and all necessary and required reports, record and maps.
