Department of Equalization | Edmunds County
County Directors of Equalization are appointed to their office by the Board of County Commissioners. The duties of the Director of Equalization will be as follows but not limited to registration of mobile homes, review of all property appraisals, reconciliation of assessment appeals with the township and County Boards of Equalization, defense for appeals to State Board of Equalization, assistance to taxpayers concerning appeals, Sales ratio cards, and all necessary and required reports, record and maps.
