Description

The Kingsbury County Sheriff's office protects the rights of the citizens within its jurisdiction to be free from criminal attacks, to be secure in their possessions and to live in peace. The Kingsbury County Sheriff's office provides county-wide coverage as well as contract law enforcement for the cities of DeSmet, Arlington, Lake Preston, and Oldham. The County Sheriff is also the contact for mental health holds, burning bans, county jails/correctional facilities, concealed carry permits, sex offender registration and fingerprinting (call for specifics).
