Responsible for construction, inspection of roads, water line and sanitary sewer, building permit inspection, nuisance enforcement, hiring full-time and seasonal employees, zoning administrator, oversees the water, wastewater, street and parks departments and the swimming pool, and the administrator of the Planning and Zoning Board and the Chamberlain Housing Authority Board.
