Finance Office - Responsible for permits and licenses, utility billing and customer accounts, collection of taxes, accounts payable, elections, and general customer service. Utilities - Billing of wastewater and solid waste are mailed on approximately the 1st of each month with a due date of the 20th of the month. - There are two payment drop boxes (one located in the parking lot of City Hall and the other located at the entrance to Sun Valley Estates)
