Walk-in, no appointments accepted. Required to visit with an eligibility volunteer to review the financial guidelines for the clinic, which are based on 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Registration is from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.

Works with 7 pharmacies in Belle Fourche, Deadwood, Lead, Spearfish and Sturgis.
