The Finance Office is responsible for managing fiscal affairs of the City of Hot Springs. Responsibilities/services include alcohol beverage licenses, animal licenses, building permits, mobile vendor licenses, election information, voter registration, parks reservation, personnel records, and official agendas/minutes. This office also oversees utility applications for business and residential as well as make utility payments.
