Description
Purpose is to locate, identify, and appraise all taxable property, in accordance with state laws and administrative procedures, while maintaining current information on the ownership and characteristics of property. Office maintains a free GIS map with information on each parcel. Responsible for 911 new and updated addresses. Also, this office prepares and certifies the assessment roll and individual property assessments in accordance with state law.
