Services are for informal (family and friend) adult caregivers. Do not need to be a member of Active Generations to utilize these services.
Caregiver Support group: 1:30pm - 2:30pm (CT), 4th Wednesday of the month Parkinson's Support group: 11:30am - 12:30pm (CT), 1st Wednesday of the month at Avera Plaza 3 Caregiver Grief & Loss group: 10:30am - 11:30am (CT), 1st Monday of each month Memory Care Caregiver Support group: 10:00am - 11:00am (CT), 1st Thursday of each month Cancer Caregiver Support group: 12:00noon - 1:00pm (CT), 2nd Thursday of each month - Lunch provided with RSVP - at Touchmark at All Saints

For family caregivers (includes anyone involved in a meaningful way with the cares of another individual). To access respite at Day Break please call in advance and enroll in the program. Support groups are available at both Active Generations locations and virtual.
