Day of Caring is back! Volunteers will gather on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 for a day of beautifying the Huron community. For those unable to join on August 12th, or those more comfortable working on a project on their own, there are other projects available that will be spaced out in both time and space. To Register: dial 211 to register by phone or register online by clicking here. Register as a group or individual. All group members must complete the release of liability.
For nonprofits/agencies wanting to request help with projects, please contact the United Way office or call 605-352-3537. Agencies requesting projects will be lined up with volunteers available during their requested time period. Agencies should indicate on registration form when they are available, and what type of project they would prefer to work on.
