The Harrisburg Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department is in charge of all city parks including the dog park. These include Central Park, Ellis Larson Park, Heartland Park, Hugh Robinson Park, Knight's Crossing Park, Lake Ole, Lions Park, and Rover Range. Partners with the Outdoor Campus to offer a variety of outdoor activities/events from late April through early September and occasional winter activities.
