Approved to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy code. The bankruptcy law states you must complete a counseling session from an approved credit counseling agency and obtain a certificate of bankruptcy counseling prior to filing for bankruptcy. This pre-filing bankruptcy counseling will help you make informed choices.
