Youth from their first tooth to age 21 years old.
Hours
Delta Dental Van will stop by from Monday, September 21st to Friday, September 25th, 2026. Call to schedule an appointment and the location of the Mobile Van during the week.. Office Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (CT), Monday - Friday
Interpretation services
Spanish Translator available over the phone. Patient Application is available in Spanish as well as the HIPPA Notice of Privacy Practices Form.
Application process
Fill out application and mail to the Watertown Area United Way office. Once application is submitted, United Way staff will call and schedule your child's first dental screening.
