Individuals seeking legal assistance through South Dakota's legal service programs (Access to Justice, Dakota Plains Legal Services and East River Legal Services) may apply through the online intake system at https://www.sdlawhelp.org/apply which serves all three legal service programs in South Dakota; email [email protected]; or you may also request an Access to Justice application by contacting Access to Justice at: 855-287-3510.
