Eligibility

Open to individuals or families if they participate in any government assistance programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs (SNAP), Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), Veterans Pension or Survivors Benefit Programs, and Tribal Specific Programs. Individuals and Families are also eligible if their income is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
