Provides telephone accessibility to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability. No restriction on the number of calls placed or on their length and all calls are confidential. To use this service, must have a TTY/TDD or Voice Carry Over (VCO) phone or be contacting a person who uses one. Once you call, the communication assistance will ask for the number to dial.
