Responsibilities include budget development and monitoring, accounting, cash and asset management, payroll, contract administration, grants management and financial reporting. Parks and Recreation - Maintains parks and green space areas as well as sports fields and facilities. City Hall - Provides the City Council agendas, public records, location of City Council Meetings. City administration approves special event permits, coordinates planning, organizing and directing the activities of city departments.
