Services provided are: Finance - The office that is responsible for managing the fiscal affairs for the city. Responsibilities include budget development and monitoring, accounting, cash and asset management, payroll, contract administration, grants management and financial reporting. Parks and Recreation - Maintains parks and green space areas as well as sports fields and facilities. City Hall - Provides the City Council agendas, public records, location of City Council Meetings. City administration approves special event permits, coordinates planning, organizing and directing the activities of city departments. Utilities - Includes water, sewer, and garbage collection Public Works - Streets & sanitation, landfill, snow removal, sanitary sewer services, building permits, planning & zoning
