Great Plains Injury Prevention Program, The | Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board
Working to reduce motor vehicle crash injuries among children aged 0-8 years old in tribal communities in the Great Plains region. The program includes assessing current child passenger safety capacity and needs, increasing the number of certified child passenger safety technicians in communities, educating families on proper use of child safety seats, and distributing child safety seats to families in need.
