Specific approaches include: Individual counseling, Dialectical behavioral therapy, LGBTQ+ counseling, Child abuse survivor counseling for adults, Couples (conjoint) counseling, Faith based counseling, Adolescent/youth counseling, Parent counseling, Spouse/intimate partner abuse counseling, Mass shooting counseling, Grief/bereavement counseling, Child abuse counseling, Family counseling, Play therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy. Also trained to do Animal Assisted Play Therapy. In-person and telehealth counseling appointments available.
