A 84-bed facility for long-term care and rehabilitation needs. Monument Health Care Center - Sturgis is co-located with Monument Health Sturgis Hospital. The 24-hour-a-day staff's goal is for each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of independence wile providing the assistance individuals need.
