The Dell Rapids Rubble Site is licensed by the State of South Dakota. It is a restricted use site and is only available to individuals that reside in the City of Dell Rapids.
Items accepted are trees, branches, grass, yard and garden waste, leaves, untreated wood, construction and demolition debris, sheet rock, plaster, concrete, carpet, furniture, mattresses, and large household appliances.
