Description

Available to any first-time homebuyer and covers pros/cons of owning, budgeting for successful home ownership, credit reviews, the pre-approval process, working with a realtor and lender, and down payment assistance available to buyers. ​Participants are eligible to receive discounts on closing fees. Pre-foreclosure counseling and money management education also available. *SEHP does not provide any type of financial assistance for rent or rent deposit.
