Description

The Helpline Center Network of Care is a cloud-based data-sharing ecosystem administered by Helpline Center. The Helpline Center Network of Care serves as a collaborative software infrastructure that electronically links human service agencies through shared and protected client information with the goal of better serving clients, reducing duplication of efforts and services, decreasing gaps in access to services, and ultimately delivering more holistic person-centered care.

The Helpline Center answers the 2-1-1 information and referral line and 9-8-8 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline for the state of South Dakota. There are also other support services available.
