Provides grant funds or loans to eligible entities, such as individuals, non-profits, housing authorities, partnerships, corporations, or Indian tribes in rural communities. Grants or loans are available to purchase land, develop sites for low-income housing, construct apartment housing units, or develop programs to repair low-income housing.
