Clay County Planning/Zoning Department is responsible for the overall administration/enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance, accepts and reviews zoning permit applications, issues the appropriate land-use permits, and develops recommendations regarding zoning amendments, zoning permit fee structures, and zoning forms.
