Theatre 605 - formerly known as the Black Hills Playhouse - is an 80-year-old regional theatre company. The summer stock schedule is listed on the website. All shows are located at Custer State Park, operating from June through mid-August. In addition to the historic program in the Park, year-round education programs include touring educational theatre opportunities to communities large and small, summer performing arts camps for students in 5th - 12th grades at the University of South Dakota, and the Expanding Stage programs for people with disabilities in Sioux Falls
