Description

Improves the standard of living in the community, promotes long-term and sustainable growth, safe guards property through the implementation of engineering standards, administers and manages the capital improvement program (CIP), communicates with city council, city staff, and residents on engineering matters in a non-technical manner, plans for infrastructure growth, coordinates with private developers to ensure plans conform to City standards, reviews and inspects construction projects for conformance with City standards, maintains design standards and construction specifications. Works with the City Clerk's Office to process project bids. Solicits public feedback for City infrastructure projects.
