Services include spiritual services, utility bill expense assistance (on individual case basis), rent payment assistance (on individual case basis), mortgage payment assistance (on individual case basis), clothing, shelter, emergency services, character building programs, and offer some hotel assistance if funding allows. Please note - there is no physical homeless shelter, but shelter may be provided in the form of a hotel voucher (if funding is available).

Visit with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and play with the elves! Take a photo with Santa and share Christmas wishes! Holiday magic is in the air! Enjoy a delicious breakfast from Cafe Coteau while Santa stops by for a visit. There will be two sessions held for 2025. Both sessions will be held on Saturday, December 6th. Information on how to register for the event will be announced soon!

Offers a free meal and fellowship to anyone who attend. Churches, Community Groups, Service Clubs, and School Groups are welcome to volunteer to provide, prepare, and serve those who come to eat. The United Church of Christ (Congregational) supports the organization by hosting a community meal every week.
Food giveaway, once a month. Distributes TEFAP foods for which income guidelines apply (this institution is an equal opportunity provider). Community meal also served on the day of the food giveaway.
A free lunch is provided Monday - Friday, starting at 11:30am.

A monthly ecumenical worship service with children's activities. Each service is hosted by a ministry partner. Worship is followed by a community meal/picnic. Hygiene kits, and snack bags are available based on supply. Need not attend worship to receive the meal, hygiene kits, and snack bags. All are welcome. Need a ride? Santa will be visiting the Children's Museum of South Dakota to visit and take pictures with museum guests. The Museum will be open on Tuesday, December 16th until 7:00pm. Check out Play Central Toys & Books for any last-minute holiday shopping you may have. No museum admission needed but your purchase supports the mission of the organization. Cafe Coteau will also be serving a $5.00 Community Meal that night.
Monthly breakfast meal is served on the 2nd Sunday during the months of September to May. ​Serves a full breakfast for 10 days during the Sturgis Rally.
A weekly Community Banquet is offered on Thursday night. Open to anyone who wants to come. It is served by the churches, businesses and service groups in the Pierre and surrounding area.

The Center provides a nutritious, freshly made meal served 11:00am - 12:30pm, Monday - Friday at an affordable price. Over 48 activities that are lead by volunteers. Programs include table games (cards, cribbage, mah jongg, Mexican train dominoes), creative writing, pickleball (6 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts), pool room, fitness area and more.
Wednesday Evening Family Night consists of a meal followed by ministry for all ages. Family Night runs in semesters each year (i.e. Fall/Winter, Winter/Spring).
Welcome Table provides a free dine-in community meal every week for those who want to join.
A free meal is served every Wednesday from 4:20pm - 6:20pm at the Memorial Park Bandshell. Each week, the menu consists of hotdog, chips, bananas, water, and dessert. All are welcome to attend.

New Life Fellowship serves a child-friendly meal to families each Wednesday during the school year.
Weekly meal is provided at the Community Center. It is prepared by local church groups and various other service groups. All meals are being served inside. Senior Box Distribution is available. Also provides a winter outerwear room for anyone in need of a coat, gloves, hats, etc.
