Serves passengers within Brandon city limits with a demand response public transit system. Rides must be scheduled at least one day in advance, by calling and leaving a message (with name and phone number) if a dispatcher is unavailable and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Brandon Transit is owned by city of Brandon and is managed by ROCS (Rural Office of Community Services).

Med-Star Transit is readily available to transport for the following - hospital discharges, doctor appointments, out-patient post-surgical transports, and dialysis appointments. Transit vehicles offer both wheelchair and stretcher accessibility - secured via seat belts for safety during transport. All vehicles are GPS tracked by dispatch center.
Services provided are companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, respite care, and nursing services. Also offers a free in-home evaluation for clients and their families to determine their goals and needs to achieve independence.

Door to door service provided with one business days' notice. Operating public transit in Butte, Lawrence, Meade, Custer, Fall River, Harding, parts of Pennington County, and Perkins Counties with service from these counties into Rapid City. FlixBus ticket, freight agent and local depot in Spearfish. Vehicles are lift/ramp equipped and meet ADA standards. All the drivers are trained and certified as Passenger Service and Safety drivers by the national transit association and are CPR trained. 700 square foot conference room available for rental.
