Services include meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing, laundry, incontinent care, personal hygiene, assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, light housekeeping, homemaking, pet care, infant care, Alzheimer's Care, and diet monitoring. Also provides transportation with errands, doctor appointments, and grocery shopping.

Offers residential behavioral health support to young and old to help individuals cope and thrive in a nurturing environment. Services and amenities include 24/7 care under a registered nurse, private rooms, assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, activities to encourage mental and physical wellbeing, personal laundry and housekeeping services, nutrition services, supervised transportation, individualized plans of care, professional guidance for financial support, and payee services. Also has a partnership with Community Counseling Services.

A community meal is held on Wednesday evenings. It is open to anyone who wants to come.

Dial-A-Ride provides pre-scheduled, curb-to-curb/door to door transportation service in Rapid City operated by the Rapid Transit System. Riders must be pre-approved before scheduling a ride. Assisted living offers a more supportive environment offering 24-hour personal care services including nutrition services, housekeeping, life enrichment programming, and personal assistance with activities of daily living. Arranges no-cost plane transportation within the continental United States for cancer patients going to and or from recognized cancer hospitals by using empty seats aboard business aircraft operating on business flights.

Detoxification Service: Couteau Des Prairies Hospital will provide emergency, acute medical detoxification services for those requiring these services. A Dakotah Pride Center staff member will provide transportation for detoxification services and a staff counselor will provide motivational counseling for clients who are undergoing detoxification to seek treatment through Dakotah Pride Treatment Center. Pre-treatment Evaluations: Provides screening, assessment, intervention, and treatment placement. Walk-in Assessments for Substance Use available. Adult Outpatient Program: Outpatient treatment services are provided for individuals who meet the admission criteria. The objectives of the program are to provide treatment for individuals who require therapeutic and supportive counseling and referral services while living independently, who may have completed inpatient treatment previously but relapsed, or for whom residential treatment is not otherwise possible. The program meets three times a week in three hour long sessions for six weeks. Adolescent Program: Provides outpatient treatment and continuing care services to adolescents that meet the eligibility criteria. Prenatal Empowerment Program (PEP): Works primarily with pregnant women who are struggling with substance addiction. A case manager will do addiction assessments, assist with medical applications and applications for Substance Abuse Treatment Centers, coordinate transportation for clients to off-reservation treatment centers, and conduct outpatient group sessions utilizing the Matrix Model to promote healing. Also, provides continuing care services and DUI offender classes.
