Provides free rides to and from active cancer treatment appointments for cancer patients. The appointment can be anything related to cancer treatment (consult, diagnostics, chemo, radiation, etc.). This is a curb to curb service for ambulatory, mobile cancer patients (can not transport patients in wheelchairs). This is a volunteer based program, so availability of rides depends on the volunteer schedule. All ride requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the ride is needed and must be coordinated by the American Cancer Society. The volunteer driver will contact the patient the day before the ride to confirm their information and introduce themselves. All volunteer drivers are trained and have passed background checks. Currently in South Dakota, there are volunteer drivers in the Sioux Falls area (Lincoln and Minnehaha counties) only. Volunteers typically drive within one hour of where they are located, but patients can still call the number to schedule a ride because they will try to problem solve solutions.

Rides provided for the following: ​Medical, Nutrition, Social/Recreation, Education, Shopping/Personal, and Employment. Wheelchair accessible and accepts Medicaid. Watch local newspapers for route schedules, holiday closings, special trips, committee meetings and public hearings. Pick up services are not available for residents within Sioux Falls city limits for transportation within Sioux Falls.

Veterans are encouraged to register their discharge information (DD Form 214, Report of Separation) with the County Registrar of Deeds Office.

Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The Community Health Center was established in 1979 with its goal being to remove the barriers, primarily financial, that exist and limit the access of lower income individuals or families seeking primary health care services.  ​Services for the general public include family health, lab radiology, well-child care, immunizations, family planning (including birth control, STD screening and treatment), patient education, and dental care. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.

Currently operates on Monday, Thursday, and Friday of each week. ​Provides Medicaid transportation to anywhere in the state.

Workers on Wheels (WOW) is a service to assist individuals with rides to and from doctor appointments and grocery store. Workers on Wheels does not provide emergency/crisis services.

The SVDP Thrift Store aims to serve the needs of people in our community, show people the love of Jesus, and generate money to meet the physical needs of people in need of housing, clothing, gas, food, etc. Surplus funds will be dedicated to the support of Parish Conferences and charitable causes of the Society approved by our District Council.
