Individuals must schedule an appointment with a Systems of Care Coordinator or Case Manager and complete a short intake form prior to receiving donations from the Ivy Closet.

Hot Meal | Harvest Table
A no-cost warm, home-cooked meal served every Monday night (except major holidays) with supervised children's area with activities; diapers and baby wipes available each week; household items (toilet paper, etc.); and personal care items (shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc.).

Furniture Program | Furniture Mission
A non-profit organization of Christian volunteers who help economically disadvantaged families and individuals in the Sioux Falls and surrounding communities with furniture (including mattresses) free of charge to help them furnish their home.
Furniture - referral process:
- Be referred from a community agency (ex: Center of Hope, Lutheran Social Services, Children's Home Shelter for Family Safety , St. Francis House, Church, School, Hospitals, etc.)
Have a completed referral form via the website or via Helpline Center Network of Care
Have not used the services in the past 2 year.
After the referral has been sent:
The Furniture Mission will be calling to schedule an appointment
- If clients are unable to pick up the furniture on there own there is usually a two week waiting list for delivery of furniture
Deliveries will only be done via curbside service. Furniture Mission will leave the items outside, and applicants must finish the work of bringing it into the home/residence. The truck will wait for a 15 minute window after delivery time, and if no one is present, the furniture will be loaded back up.

Air Conditioners - Must be income eligible (125%), be signed up at the agency and have a medical statement stating they need an AC. Also cannot have received one in the last 3 years. Distribution is primarily in June of each year. Please call for an appointment.
Medical Equipment Lending - Available for those in need of bathtub seats, shower and tub rails.
Thrift Store - Low cost items with proceeds going to fund free food and special projects. 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday.
