Dial-A-Ride provides pre-scheduled, curb-to-curb/door to door transportation service in Rapid City operated by the Rapid Transit System. Riders must be pre-approved before scheduling a ride. Provides individualized in-home care and in home-rehab allowing people to remain in their home while receiving many of the professional health services available at a higher level of care. Services offered include skilled nursing, physical/speech/occupational therapies, IV therapy, and home health services.

Paratransit services available to persons with disabilities, and features curb-to-curb service. Lift equipped buses for individuals with special needs. Clients must provide their own wheelchair equipped with foot pedals. Will not do any lifting. Clients provide own assistance. Transportation is provided for pre-school age children daily. Bus from Redfield to Aberdeen 1st Thursday of each month.

Service is available in the local area of Martin and trips to Rapid City for medical appointments. Public transportation is available in the Martin area. ADA accessible vehicles are available to passengers with a disability. Medical appointments to Rapid City/Ft. Meade are pre-scheduled between 10:00am - 2:00 pm MT/11:00am - 3:00pm CT before date of appointment. All out of town medical trips are on a 1st come 1st serve basis and are based on driver availability. Non-medical out of town trips available with 48 hour notice. Serves passengers within Brandon city limits with a demand response public transit system. Rides must be scheduled at least one day in advance, by calling and leaving a message (with name and phone number) if a dispatcher is unavailable and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Brandon Transit is owned by city of Brandon and is managed by ROCS (Rural Office of Community Services).

Offers transportation service for everyone within Brookings County. Passengers can schedule rides to work, school, medical appointments, activities, shopping trips, Sioux Falls Regional Airport, and more. Passengers need to schedule their rides at least one day before transportation is needed. Offers door-to-door service. BATA is a Medicaid provider and medical transportation may be covered by eligible Medicaid recipients.

Passengers can schedule rides to work, school, medical appointments, shopping trips, and more. Passengers must schedule rides at least one day before transportation is needed. Offers door-to-door service. Freeman Community Transit is a Medicaid provider, and medical transportation may be covered by eligible Medicaid recipients.

Sioux Falls Paratransit provides curb-to-curb transportation to individuals who are unable to use the fixed-route system. Service is provided within a defined Paratransit service area.

DellsXpress operates under the management of Brookings Area Transit Authority (BATA) in Brookings, South Dakota. Offers transportation services to anyone within the greater Dell Rapids Area. Passengers can schedule rides to work, school, medical appointments, shopping trips, and more. Passengers must schedule rides at least one day before transportation is needed. Offers door-to-door service. Dells Xpress is a Medicaid provider, and medical transportation may be covered by eligible Medicaid recipients.

Provides senior living and memory care services with a customized care plan to help residents age in place. Senior Living services include private rooms and bathrooms, life enrichment activities, health monitoring, certified CNA care, medication management, nutrition services, housekeeping services, incontinence care, bathing assistance, and fall prevention monitoring. Memory care services are designed for professional care of residents living with dementia.
