Sioux Falls Paratransit provides curb-to-curb transportation to individuals who are unable to use the fixed-route system. Service is provided within a defined Paratransit service area.

Providing public transportation via bus rides to the general public, people with disabilities, the elderly and children in Aberdeen, including citizens residing within 2.5 miles of the city limits. ​Rides must be scheduled at least one day in advance of your appointment. Reservations are accepted from 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Cost per one way ride is $3.00 and cash is accepted by drivers. Drivers do not carry change. 10 ride and 20 ride punch cards are available for purchase. ​Paratransit Services are available to persons with disabilities at the rate of $3.00 per ride, and features curb-to-curb service. Special certifications are not required for visitors with disabilities. 50% of buses are wheelchair accessible. ​Provides shuttle service to Summit, SD to meet up with Jefferson Bus Lines for long distance trips, with stops in Groton and Webster for passengers. Currently operates on Monday, Thursday, and Friday of each week. ​Provides Medicaid transportation to anywhere in the state.

Workers on Wheels (WOW) is a service to assist individuals with rides to and from doctor appointments and grocery store. Workers on Wheels does not provide emergency/crisis services.

Public transportation for residents living in Yankton and Vermillion and surrounding areas. Transportation is available for medical appointments, shopping, employment, youth transportation, daycare, senior meals, and summer recreation activities. Support for out-of-town rides is based on the availability of a driver and vehicle. Is a Medicaid provider.

Please call 48 hours in advance. Primarily for medical trips; however, shoppers may ride along when medical trips are scheduled. Senior Living services include private rooms and bathrooms, life enrichment activities, health monitoring, certified CNA care, medication management, nutrition services, housekeeping services, incontinence care, bathing assistance, and fall prevention monitoring. Memory care services are designed for professional care of residents living with dementia.

Services included personal assistance (i.e. bathing, dressing, eating), companionship, homemaking, skilled nursing care, running errands and provide transportation, respite care, hospital to home care and memory care for people living with Alzheimer's or other form of dementia.

Freeman Community Transit operates under the management of Brookings Area Transit Authority (BATA) in Brookings, South Dakota. Offers transportation services to anyone within Hutchinson County. Passengers can schedule rides to work, school, medical appointments, shopping trips, and more. Passengers must schedule rides at least one day before transportation is needed. Offers door-to-door service. Freeman Community Transit is a Medicaid provider, and medical transportation may be covered by eligible Medicaid recipients.

Provides nonemergency medical transportation for individuals with mobility or cognitive issues: by sedan, wheelchair, or stretcher. Unlimited ride passport for a child during the summer for $60.00. Takes children to summer school, Splash Central, summer activities, etc. Also offering a PT Passport to children who live within a 3 mile radius of the city for $100 for June, July and August. PT School: Reduced monthly fare for children to and from school PT Express: During the months of January, February, and March, seniors can ride to unlimited destinations for $2.50 per day.

Services provides for Hyde County including public transportation is available in the Highmore area. ADA accessible vehicles are available to passengers with special needs. Medical appointments pre-scheduled between 10:00am - 1:00 pm CT 9:00am - 12:00pm MT before date of appointment. Trips to Rapid City or Sioux Falls will be coordinated with River Cities Public Transit out of Pierre. (This may affect pick-up times). All out of town medical trips are on a 1st come 1st serve basis and are based on driver availability. Non-medical out of town trips available with 48 hour notice.
