Lyft rides are available for varying health and social needs. Rides must be for a medical or social service need that meets an essential/basic need (i.e. getting food, going to work, etc.). Social workers trained in financial issues can help you find whatever assistance is available to ease your financial concerns. Limited assistance is available to eligible individuals for treatment-related costs such as transportation, home care and child care. Provides free rides to and from active cancer treatment appointments for cancer patients. The appointment can be anything related to cancer treatment (consult, diagnostics, chemo, radiation, etc.). This is a curb to curb service for ambulatory, mobile cancer patients (can not transport patients in wheelchairs). This is a volunteer based program, so availability of rides depends on the volunteer schedule. All ride requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the ride is needed and must be coordinated by the American Cancer Society. The volunteer driver will contact the patient the day before the ride to confirm their information and introduce themselves. All volunteer drivers are trained and have passed background checks. Currently in South Dakota, there are volunteer drivers in the Sioux Falls area (Lincoln and Minnehaha counties) only. Volunteers typically drive within one hour of where they are located, but patients can still call the number to schedule a ride because they will try to problem solve solutions.

Provides people and their families with services and supports to meet their unique needs. The Family Support 360 (FS360) Program is self-directed, which means the person and their family choose the services, the staff who provide them, and a schedule based on their needs. FS360 helps people and their family receive state-funded services and other community services, together with natural supports (extended family members, friends, neighbors, church congregations, and community organizations). Family Support Service Coordinators act as an advocate for you and your family. Services and supports include but are not limited to: service coordination, environmental accessibility adaptive equipment, vehicle modifications, companion services, supported employment, personal care, respite care, special medical adaptive equipment and supplies, nutritional supplements, specialized therapies, and recreational and social opportunities.

Arranges no-cost plane transportation within the continental United States for cancer patients going to and or from recognized cancer hospitals by using empty seats aboard business aircraft operating on business flights.

Serving the paratransit needs of Sioux Falls by working with the City of Sioux Falls, DakotAbilities, and Lifescape. Contracted with DakotAbilities, Lifescape, the Sioux Falls School District and works through the City of Sioux Falls to help provide paratransit services to the Sioux Falls area. ​Accepts ride requests for any transportation needs in the Sioux Empire area and beyond. Serves passengers within Brandon city limits with a demand response public transit system. Rides must be scheduled at least one day in advance, by calling and leaving a message (with name and phone number) if a dispatcher is unavailable and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. Brandon Transit is owned by city of Brandon and is managed by ROCS (Rural Office of Community Services).

Offers a family-centered approach to care and is committed to providing only the most appropriate services based on regular assessments of your needs. Staff has been trained and tested in the care of dementia patients and are supervised and evaluated regularly by Registered Nurses. Services offered are home health, companionship, homemaking assistance, respite care, pediatrics, home care & support services, medical staffing, and long term care assessments.

Offers transportation service for everyone within Brookings County. Passengers can schedule rides to work, school, medical appointments, activities, shopping trips, Sioux Falls Regional Airport, and more. Passengers need to schedule their rides at least one day before transportation is needed. Offers door-to-door service. BATA is a Medicaid provider and medical transportation may be covered by eligible Medicaid recipients.

Delivers outreach to build relationships and to distribute basic necessities of snacks and water, clothing, blankets, and hygiene products. Assesses service-ready individuals, co-responds to crisis intervention, provides and facilitates service referrals, and provides transportation to safe locations in the community. Street Outreach also provides relatives transportation to medical appointments and court appearances.

Services include include homemaking, errand/shopping assistance, non-emergency medical transportation, personal care, respite care, and adult companion care.

Falls Community Health is a family practice medical clinic and dental clinic with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention. The Community Health Center was established in 1979 with its goal being to remove the barriers, primarily financial, that exist and limit the access of lower income individuals or families seeking primary health care services.  ​Services for the general public include family health, lab radiology, well-child care, immunizations, family planning (including birth control, STD screening and treatment), patient education, and dental care. Services for established clinic patients include outpatient mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry services, transportation assistance (transporter of last resort), and pharmacy assistance to clients of the Falls Community Health Care Clinic.

Provides support to Disabled Veterans and their families. Primary focus is to provide free transportation for veterans that have medical appointments at the Veterans Administration (VA) Hospital.

Services provided for Cheyenne River Sioux Tribal areas including: prescheduled transit, same day, and punch rides.
