Providing in-home care to those who need assistance with activities of daily living. Services include medical assistance such as in-home memory care, diabetes care, arthritis care, respite care, Alzheimer's and Dementia care, hospice support, chronic illness care, 24-hour care, and nurse directed care (i.e. medication administration, wound care). They can also assist with personal care (i.e. bathing, dressing), companionship, assistance with daily activities (i.e. meal preparation, light housekeeping), and transportation. These services are designed to enhance the quality of life and promote independence for clients in their own homes or community settings.

Lyft rides are available for varying health and social needs. Rides must be for a medical or social service need that meets an essential/basic need (i.e. getting food, going to work, etc.). Criteria needs to meet one of the following: Dow Rummel residents Older adults (65+) Individuals with disabilities Rides that meet a medical or social need (no age limit on this category) Rides are not guaranteed until client intake is approved by Helpline Center Transportation Specialist.

Provides nutrition and supportive services for the aging population with a primary focus on the elderly. These include assisted living, case management, congregate meals, employment services, financial assistance, government assisted housing, home delivered meals, home modification/repair, information and referral/assistance, legal assistance, personal care, respite care, telephone reassurance, transportation, and volunteer services.

Rides provided for the following: ​Medical, Nutrition, Social/Recreation, Education, Shopping/Personal, and Employment. Wheelchair accessible and accepts Medicaid. Watch local newspapers for route schedules, holiday closings, special trips, committee meetings and public hearings. Pick up services are not available for residents within Sioux Falls city limits for transportation within Sioux Falls.

Offers residential behavioral health support to young and old to help individuals cope and thrive in a nurturing environment. Services and amenities include daily housekeeping and laundry, dining and common areas, nutrition services, scheduled transportation, life enrichment activities, 24-hour nursing care, behavior modification and management, medication management, diabetic insulin management, and oxygen care.

River Cities Public Transit (RCPT) coordinates with all other transit agencies in South Dakota and can facilitate a ride statewide for medical appointments. Additional rides for other purposes (grocery shopping, etc.) can be arranged during a medical appointment trip, but the main purpose must be for a medical appointment. Also, is Jefferson Lines associated. Accepts Medicaid; there are many transportation grant opportunities available through RCPT.

Provides a variety of services including social activities, health and wellness programs, and educational workshops tailored for older adults. Meals are served in the center by Mobridge Nutrition, a part of Area IV Nutrition. Also provides transportation to medical appointments, shopping, and social events.

Offers transportation service for everyone within Brookings County. Passengers can schedule rides to work, school, medical appointments, activities, shopping trips, Sioux Falls Regional Airport, and more. Passengers need to schedule their rides at least one day before transportation is needed. Offers door-to-door service. BATA is a Medicaid provider and medical transportation may be covered by eligible Medicaid recipients.
