Based on 12-step recovery model with medically monitored detoxification, Dual-diagnosis track with psychiatrist - For co-occurring disorders, diagnosis must be substance use primary and mental health secondary; Inpatient and outpatient gambling program with certified gambling counselors, Substance abuse, inhalant abuse and Methamphetamine treatment track (IMT), Chronic Pain Program, Medication Assisted Treatment - Different medications are available. Keystone utilizes Vivitrol and Naltrexone. May utilize Subutex and other medications to taper during medically monitored detoxification. Keystone does not utilize Methadone or Suboxone for maintenance.
Unique services available are Native American cultural program (sweat lodge on site, talking circles, etc.), and a Spiritually based 12-step program.
Veterans and retired military. Need to be referred through VA; able to take VA funding. Active duty military and dependents may utilize TRICARE West Insurance.

The Substance Use Care Coordination program:
Connects participants with substance use resources, such as treatment assessments, treatment programs, counseling and social supports.
Provides consistent connections during high-risk times for returned use, which may include post detox and before and after treatment.
Provides support working on reaching recovery goals.
Assists with making connections with appropriate community referrals for financial assistance, transportation assistance and assessing mental health resources.
Connects with referral locations to best understand wait-lists, common barriers to treatment completion and share needed information between referral sources.
For new referrals, fill out the Care Coordination Referral Form and the Care Coordinator will reach out in 1-2 business days.
