Transitional housing for up to 20 males. Typically a meeting happens with the inmate prior to release, but might be able to help people already release if space is available. Program also helps anyone re-entering society after incarceration with finding employment, clothes, furniture, etc. (based on what is currently available). An independent entity working alongside and in cooperation with Cornerstone Prison Church (prison congregation in Sioux Falls), Livingstone Prison Church (prison congregation in Springfield), and Metal Craft Industries.
Works to help a woman put the pieces of her life back together, by replacing the lies in her life with the truth that she is valued, teaching positive life skills, assisting in the cultivation a relationship with God, cultivating relationships with the people in her life, and working with a Transition coach on a weekly basis. The Program consists of specific activities with goals to be accomplished in the following areas - life skills, employment, physical health, relationships, and spiritual growth. Each woman who chooses to go through the Passages Transformation Program must pay a program fee, agree to comply with the house rules, comply with nightly curfew, share in maintaining the household, complete random drug testing, join in-house Bible studies, participate in weekly Life Skills classes, attend weekly recovery meetings, and attend a Christian service of their choice.

Residential treatment facility, accredited through the State of South Dakota. Offers residential housing for individuals recovering from a substance use disorder and offers treatment services which include group and individual counseling along with case management services.

A re-entry ministry for men, typically those who are coming out of prison. Men are individually discipled and taught how to develop new patterns of thinking and healthy ways to respond to life's daily decisions. An affordable, approved housing option for former inmates who desire to allow God to restore their life: physically, emotionally and spiritually. Aftercare program begins with a relationship between Stephen's House mentors and individuals living in prison prior to their release. Mentors assist in the transition by providing accountability and a faith-based environment for between 3 - 12 months. This process is accomplished through working a full-time job outside of Stephen's House, consistent involvement in church, learning the principles of financial integrity, and taking personal responsibility.
