Celebrate Freedom is a program focused on helping individuals (ex-inmates) transition from prison life to community life. The program's emphasis is helping ex-inmates to obtain true freedom found in Jesus Christ.

Transitional housing for up to 20 males. Typically a meeting happens with the inmate prior to release, but might be able to help people already release if space is available.
Program also helps anyone re-entering society after incarceration with finding employment, clothes, furniture, etc. (based on what is currently available).
An independent entity working alongside and in cooperation with Cornerstone Prison Church (prison congregation in Sioux Falls), Livingstone Prison Church (prison congregation in Springfield), and Metal Craft Industries.

The transitional living program consists of specific activities with goals to be accomplished in the following areas - life skills, employment, physical health, relationships, and spiritual growth.
Each woman who chooses to go through the Passages Transformation Program must pay a program fee, agree to comply with the house rules, comply with nightly curfew, share in maintaining the household, complete random drug testing, join in-house Bible studies, participate in weekly Life Skills classes, attend weekly recovery meetings, and attend a Christian service of their choice.

Hope Prison Ministry helps men or women by giving them a hand up so they have the means to start their lives anew after release from incarceration, by providing them with clothes and resources they need to find food, transportation, housing, and other items deemed reasonable on a one-time basis. Offers fellowship and friendship beyond the walls.
Mentoring Programs: Focus on one-to-one positive interactions with inmates with the goal of preventing a return to criminal behavior.
P-2 Project is a person-to-person visitation program that provides one-to-one visitation with a jail inmate.
M-2 Program is a man-to-man visitation program that provides one-to-one visitation with an inmate at the South Dakota State Penitentiary.

Strives to help county residents facing a possible financial crisis resolve the issue and prevent future financial problems first through Case Management, especially for people who are homeless or at risk to be homeless. Services include assessing the situation and making a plan to address the issues, connecting families and individuals to community resources, and following up with individuals to provide support. Provides limited financial assistance as a last resort for those considered indigent and are residents of Codington County. The office may be able to help with homelessness, eviction prevention, utility disconnects, burials (must be referred by the funeral home), and emergency medical costs.
CCCS is leading new initiatives which include RESTART: Support for individuals in the justice system such as adult diversion, defense attorney support, pretrial services, re-entry support, and a Post Overdose Response Team.
