Provides immediate shelter and crisis intervention services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and child abuse and neglect. An advocate is available to provide outreach to victims of domestic violence in the Shelter for Family Safety service area. Crisis intervention services available to victims include a crisis hotline, in person crisis counseling, safety planning, community resource referrals, assistance with filing protection orders, court accompaniment, and advocacy. All services provided are free and confidential.

A long-term (up to 24 months) shelter for victims of human trafficking. Victims must be willing to stay at least 6 months. Pathfinder Center is not an emergency short-term shelter. Mission is to provide a place of refuge for victims of human trafficking from all over South Dakota. Safety - Women have stable, safe housing and protection from traffickers. They become part of a healthy, safe community of support that provides compassionate assistance while they address pressing legal, medical and emotional needs. Services and Support - Women receive addiction counseling, job skills/GED classes, emergency counseling and transportation. Services wil also include a crisis hotline, clothing, food and hygiene items. Self Development - Women learn life skills such as communication, conflict resolution, understanding boundaries, understanding trafficking and trauma, and making safe choices to help them live independent lives. Cannot accept anyone who is still using drugs or alcohol. If the victim is still using substances/has addiction issues, they must attend treatment prior to receiving services.

A national, toll-free hotline, available to answer calls, texts, and chats from anywhere in the country, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. The Trafficking Hotline is operated by Polaris, a non-profit, non-governmental organization working exclusively on the issue of human trafficking. The Trafficking Hotline is not a government entity, law enforcement, or an immigration authority.

Provides presentations for organizations, civic groups, and schools regarding healthy relationships; violence prevention; sexual assault, rape, and domestic violence; dating violence; controlling relationships; bystander training; effects of violence on children; resources for victims of violence; protection orders; safety plans; stalking; and human trafficking. Provides specific training programs to assist the community with violence prevention: It's Our Business: developed for use in small- to mid-size businesses. Attendees learn how to prevent domestic violence and sexual assault/harassment in the workplace, as well as offering support to coworkers who have experienced violence in their lives. Safe Bars: hospitality staff are trained to spot sexual harassment and appropriate interventions. Little Navigators: trained therapists provide trauma-informed education to childcare facilities, support children in developing their social skills with peers and adults and development of feeling identification and expression, and provide on-site individual and group play-based therapy services.

Provides immediate shelter and crisis intervention services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and child abuse and neglect. Immediate shelter services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Trained staff is on-site to assist with the needs of anyone with safety issues seeking shelter. Case management, counseling, advocacy, support groups, parenting groups, and activities for children are offered and provided. Meals are provided and personal care items and clothing are available as needed at no cost to the client. Crisis intervention services include crisis phone, crisis drop-in counseling, support groups, parenting classes, 911 phones to public, safety planning, referrals to community resources, assistance with filling out protection orders, and court advocacy. Applications available to help victims of crime apply for victims compensation. Individual, child and family counseling is available to victims of abuse. Public education presentations are available upon request.

​ Helps victims of human trafficking navigate their path to freedom. Provides direct supportive services to victims of all forms of human trafficking and to those who are being exploited and are at risk of being trafficked. Through the continuum of care; offers case management, emergency addition services, safe housing, occupational therapy, employment assistance, community education/prevention and supportive housing (Marissa's Project). Call to Freedom collaborates with a strong network of front line providers who offer safe housing, mental health counseling, medical assistance, chemical dependency, transportation, and other supportive services.

Emergency shelter and advocacy to battered women and their children as well as victims of sexual assault and human trafficking. Off-site advocacy available for male victims. CISS provides a 24-hour crisis line, financial assistance (when funds are available), counseling, referrals, legal aid (when funds are available), assistance with protection orders and Crime Victims Compensation program.

The CWOY Support Navigator program is designed to provide support for American Indian youth, adults, and their families in the He Sapa area who struggle with suicidal thoughts or behaviors. CWOY Support Navigators act as mentors, advocates, and resource guides for American Indian youth, adults, and families needing support for their healing and personal growth.
