Iris (LGBTQ+) Clinic | Complete Health

Provides primary LGBTQ+ health care for people up to the age of 21. This includes routine check-ups, sexually transmitted/HIV/pregnancy tests, and sexual health education. An in-house pharmacy is available as well as mental health counseling services. Dr. Amanda Diehl has more than 20 years of experience and trained on LGBTQ+ health care through the Fenway Institute's National LGBT Health Education Center. In addition, the entire staff has been trained to provide an affirming atmosphere for the LGBTQ+ population.

ID Change Resource Library | Trans Lifeline

Providing a readily accessible database of all local and national information surrounding ID changes in one place - including Tribal IDs, immigration documents, military documents, and name changes for people with previous criminal records. This living library contains multiple tables ranging from federal to county information about name and gender marker changes and ID documents.

Gender-Diverse Services | Transformation Project, The

Offering support, education, advocacy and resources for transgender/gender-diverse youth, their parents, and transgender/gender-diverse young adults up through age 35. Community Health Worker helps to advocate for the gender-diverse community. Services are available online and in-person.
