Dakota State University Student Counseling Center offers a variety of support services to students to assist students academically, socially and personally including academic counseling, personal counseling, substance use counseling, and alcohol, drug abuse and violence prevention and education. Office of Disability Services works to ensure the environment is physically and programmatically accessible. ADA Advisor works with students with disabilities to coordinate accommodations based on their individual needs.

Information Exchange answers questions about the University and the Student Union. Also provides the following services: check cashing, send and receive faxes, sell postage stamps, sell event tickets, schedule space throughout campus, and act as a resource for students and visitors alike.

Provides dyslexia, voice, stuttering, speech, language and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) services for those whose concerns are developmental or acquired throughout life. Telehealth options are available where appropriate.

Provides access to a health clinic as well as mental health screenings and counseling. These services are only offered for currently enrolled SDSU students.

Provides year round 24 hours a day / 7 days a week law enforcement service for South Dakota State University. Police officers are state trained and certified with full law enforcement authority.

Cougar Cupboard works to reduce food insecurity among USF students by providing students in need with food (non-perishable and fresh) and hygiene items.

​Huron Community Campus is a partnership campus designed and implemented to replace the lost opportunity of post secondary education with the closing of Si Tanka/Huron University in 2005. This educational model is defined as a physical location where two or more institutions collaborate to deliver academic programs and student services. Huron Community Campus is directed by a board appointed by the Mayor and City Commission. Cornerstones Career Learning Center is currently offering community education courses. Provides health information services to the state of South Dakota with emphasis on professional clinical information needs and consumer health and patient information. Includes the following services - reference information services: on-site by appointment only, by telephone, or email, licensed subscription database access, consumer health, and disabilities collections.

Providing free items to USD students, including non-perishable groceries, personal hygiene products, school supplies, and referrals to community resources.

Multi-purpose facility with theatre and conference center available. The facility is available on a daily rental basis for conferences, wedding receptions, entertainment, etc. Seating for theatre: 650, seating for conference: 500.

University of Sioux Falls offers a variety of support services to its students including Campus Safety, Safe Walk Program, student counseling services, veteran benefits, residential life, disability services, dining services and tutoring.
