Program for single parents working toward a college degree. People in the program receive up to $4,800.00 in funding, and are also matched with a mentor to help support them toward their goals. 73% of the parents who participate in our program make it to graduation. To qualify, must be a single parent within two years of obtaining a college degree.

Has a case manager involved in the National Farmworker Jobs Program to help support past or current agricultural workers to attain more skills and/or pursue higher education. Community Education of the Black Hills with over 150 class offerings each fall and spring in 10 communities in the Black Hills area.

Services include relationship counseling, non-medical counseling for stress relief, financial counseling, document translation, spouse scholarships, education and career benefits, child care options, PCS moves, and MSEP Job Search Navigator to assist military spouses find employment.
