Moody County Emergency Medical Services provides a 24-hour Advanced Life Support Ambulance for all Moody County residents and visitors to the County. MCEMS provides stand-by services for fires, athletic events, and other community functions. The ambulance team can also provide CPR/First Aid Training, car seat checks, and other community education.

Responsible for serving and protecting the citizens of Tea. Contact the non-emergency line to report nuisances including junk cars, street parking for longer than 24 hours, parking that obstructs view, noise, and barking dogs.

Services of the Madison Police Department include national prescription drug take back day, held twice a year. Unwanted medications may be dropped off at the police department throughout the year, call for more information, National Night Out and DARE program.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office is here to assist in helping all citizens and with due diligence protect them from being victims of criminal activity and listen to any problems they may have and direct them to whatever group or entity that can help with there problem. The Marshall County 911/ Sheriff's office receives all emergency calls within the confines of Marshall County which include the communities of Britton, Eden, Lake City, Langford and Veblen. The County Sheriff is also the contact for mental health holds, burning bans, county jails/correctional facilities and fingerprinting (call for specifics).

Mobile Medics are available to provide patients with wound care, assess vital signs and blood sugar levels, and arrange transportation for essential needs. Community Health Workers (CHWs) act as a case navigator for patients seeking help with addiction. Provides treatment needs and an assessment for alcohol and substance use disorders.

18-bed critical access hospital provides 24-hour emergency service, inpatient and outpatient care, ambulance service, home health care, laboratory services, physical therapy, and medication disposal.

Services include audiology, purchased referred care, dietitians, emergency department, eye care, pharmacy, physical therapy, public health nursing, radiology services, pain management, inpatient care, laboratory, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), medicine, and nursing.
