Mobile Integrated Health Program | City of Rapid City

The Rapid City Fire Department Mobile Integrated Health Program works proactively to get the right resource to the individuals at the right time. Mobile Medics are available to provide patients with wound care, assess vital signs and blood sugar levels, and arrange transportation for essential needs. Community Health Workers (CHWs) act as a case navigator for patients seeking help with addiction. Provides treatment needs and an assessment for alcohol and substance use disorders.
