Offers skilled services to analyze cognition, assess strengths/weaknesses due to concussion, menopause, aging and neurological disease and then develop a roadmap to optimize brain function today and fight dementia in the future. Also helps patients already diagnosed with dementia to walk through living their best life with their diagnosis.

Offers a variety of therapy services such as aquatic physical therapy, pain management, women's health/incontinence therapy, LSVT (Big Program for Parkinson's Disease), certified lymphedema therapy, occupational, and speech therapy.

Provides opportunities to enhance the quality of life for older adults, adults with disabilities, and their caregivers through home and community based services. Services Include: home care services to help adults remain in their home, safety and help moving around, nutrition and meals, Senior Health Information and Insurance Education (SHIINE) providing individuals information about benefits they can receive through Medicare, caregiver support, Structured Family Caregiving, residential living services, Ombudsman program providing advocacy and education for residents, family, and staff in long term care settings, and adult protective services providing interventions to protect vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.

Services for the clinic include family medicine, family planning, geriatric medicine, pediatrics, lab services, podiatry, pediatrics, preventative medicine, physical exams for women and children, and X-ray services.
